The original Potomac Title office. David Henken, PTC's President, started out here in 1991. With the help of his wife and partner, Kathleen Henken, he continued to build PTC's reputation as a producer of timely and accurate title research in a challenging jurisdiction.
Mr. Henken partnered with Roland Gallup, now Vice President, in 1998. Mr. Gallup brought to PTC an extensive resume of title experience, both in Virginia and in DC, and has focused his efforts at the DC office. Michael Wittreich, with Mr. Gallup's oversight, now oversees the day-to-day operations of 6 full-time employees, along with several part-time employees and a small number of trusted independent contractors.
