PTC's corporate office first moved to Gaithersburg, Maryland in 1997. Soon after, customers began to request our services in Montgomery County. Eventually, we consolidated our corporate office with the County production office and moved to Rockville in 1999. Our South Adams Street office remains our corporate office for the state of Maryland, as well as our production office for Montgomery County. This office receives all the title orders and customer requests for Maryland and the District of Columbia.
