We at Potomac Title Corporation believe in dedicated service to all of our clients. Although we all come from different backgrounds, we like to think of ourselves as a family business. We are striving to be the best title abstract service in the region, and not the biggest.

We consider ourselves to be fair and generous to our venders and employees so that they can be motivated to produce the best and most accurate work possible for our clients.

Potomac Title is a Maryland Corporation in good standing since 1991, and a registered foreign corporation in Washington D.C. and Virginia. We are also an active member of the DC Land Title Association, the Virginia Land Title Association, and the Maryland Land Title Association.

We provide a variety of services including:

The fees listed above are to be used as general guidelines. Fees are negotiable and based upon several factors, including volume and method of payment. Fees customarily do not include copies, which are charged at $2.25 per page in Washington, DC, and $1.00 per page in Maryland and Virginia.

Fees do include update and recording charges for clients who perform their own settlements. Payment is due within 30 calendar days unless other agreements supercede this requirement. Please contact the Accounting Department at 540-948-6630 for further information.
